1. Eligibility:
Wholesalers, Retailers, Store owners, and potential clients with great reputations are only eligible for free samples. It’s our sole choice to provide a free sample or not depending on the client’s reputation. We can provide one free sample for quality evaluation but shipping is solely the client’s responsibility. This policy applies to all companies and brands. We believe that companies who can not afford to pay for minor shipping charges are not eligible to work with us. The companies who already availed of free sample services for testing and quality evaluation and did not proceed to place an order with us are not eligible.
2. Sample Availability:
If the sample is in stock according to your requirements, we will dispatch it within 3 working days. If not, production time may take 7/10 days for regular items. Some dead item hive tools, smokers, and other equipment samples may not be provided because we can’t produce one free sample. It requires some additional time and work, and it can only be produced in bulk quantities. If samples are more than 1 pcs, the client has to pay for additional pcs.
3. Shipping and Handling:
This is the client’s responsibility because we provide only free samples. Customers can pay us charges directly or arrange pickup themself. The customer is responsible for the country’s local taxes.
4. Intended Use:
Clarify the intended use of free samples such as commercial use, quality evaluation, comparison with old suppliers, and personal use. You are only intended for personal use and not for resale or distribution to third parties like competitor manufacturers.
5. Sample Adjustment:
For clients who pay for samples and their delivery, we will adjust their sample purchase costs in their first trial order with us. This offer is only applicable on orders of more than 5,000 USD goods value. Shipping is not part of this adjustment.
6. Limitation of Liability:
We state that samples are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. They are produced for quality evaluation.
7. Scam Alert:
Nowadays, it’s enjoyable for some people or companies to request free samples. After receiving the goods, they don’t respond to our emails and calls. It is fraud and we can do nothing against them. It’s now our company’s sole choice to provide free samples or not depending on client reputation.
8. Feedback Requirement:
Clients can give us feedback or reviews in exchange for free samples. This may include submitting feedback to Google, TrustPilot, or sharing experiences on social media platforms.
9. Cancellation or Modification:
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the free sample policy at any time without prior notice.
