This warranty applies to all Bee Brothers Industry products purchased directly from us. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period.

The warranty period for each product may vary and is specified in the product documentation or on our website. In general, our products are covered by a 2-month warranty from the date of production.
3. Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
4. Warranty Claim Process:
Only clients who purchased directly from us are allowed to claim a warranty. If you believe that your product is defective and eligible for warranty service, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. You may be required to describe the defect.
5. Resolution:
Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
6. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to us for warranty service. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.
7. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
