1. Order & Agreement:
Bee Brothers Industry quotations are always without obligation. Agreements & arrangements made orally or by telephone with our representatives become legally valid only if approved in writing by us. Deviations in the orders placed by the purchaser from our terms of delivery and payment shall not be binding for us if we have not expressed our consent in writing. We shall be permitted expressly and in all cases to correct eventual errors in offers and invoices at a later point in time.
2. Shipment:
The goods shall always, regardless of route and transportation means, be shipped to the place of destination at the risk of the purchaser. If not accruing to us in the case of freight paid FOB and CIF deliveries, the purchaser shall bear traffic duties unless, due to statutory regulations, the seller must bear traffic duties alone.
3. Carriers:
We will use one of the following carriers to deliver our orders:
DPD, USPS, UPS, EMTTS, FedEx, DHL, Air Cargo, and by sea freight.
4. Order Tracking:
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking #, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
5. Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final proforma invoice, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance not to place your order if you decide not to.
